Recently, Apple released the of Mojave 10.14 MacOS fourth public beta. This is the latest OS version that will be available for Mac machines. It was first revealed in June 2018 and since then, Apple has released several beta versions of this OS. Some exciting features have been included in this OS and Apple expects it to become more useful to the users. Here, we will tell you which features to look for in Mojave.

Mojave 10.14 MacOS Beta 4- Latest Features

  • Dark Mode – Dark mode changes the way we view everything on our Mac system. Once this new feature of Mojave MacOS 10.14 is enabled, all OS elements like menu bar, toolbar, Finder window, etc. will become dark. As a result, all working applications will look bright and users will find it easier to focus. To enable this feature, go to System Preferences >> General. If you are using an application like Notes, which is darker than other applications, you can make the Notes background lighter.
  • Dynamic Display Wallpaper – Mac takes the wallpaper technology to another level with its Dynamic Display wallpaper feature. Enable this feature and your wallpaper will change color according to the local time of your system. The brightness of your wallpaper will get modified with the brightness of the Sun, which will become dark at night. Remember that with Dark Mode enabled, the wallpaper will always remain dark.

How to Enable Dynamic Desktops Feature in Mojave 10.14 MacOS

Using these simple steps, users can easily enable this feature in their Mac system.

  1. Open System Preferences on your Mac OS Mojave.
  2. Select Desktop & Screensaver.
  3. Go to Desktop section, and select “Dynamic Desktop” option from the drop-down menu.
  4. Also, select an image from the list.
  • Desktop Organizer – This Mojave 10.14 MacOS Beta 4 contains Stacks, a feature that can seamlessly declutter your messy desktop. Often we keep on saving files on the desktop and then it becomes impossible to find out any single file. Stacks will keep the similar type of file at a stack. To enable this feature, right-click on the Desktop and choose Use Stacks option.
  • Screenshot Tool – Mojave has some new screenshot tools. Once a screenshot is taken, it stays on the left bottom corner of the desktop for five seconds. Within this time, you can open it in a floating window. Mojave allows you to add text, shape, and also draw on it. Even hand-drawn shapes will be turned into a nicely drawn shape. Users can also crop, rotate and edit their screenshots in various other ways.
  • Continuity Camera – This brilliant feature of Mac OS Mojave lets you take a photo using iPhone while you are working on your Mac machine. This will become handy when you have to add an image or a scanned copy to any document or project. You do not need to satisfy with images taken by a low-quality Mac camera.
  • Ask for a Password to Siri – Mojave 10.14 MacOS users can ask Siri for any particular password and it will display that password in the iCloud Keychain. This feature will be really helpful in applications like Kindle and Spotify that require users to copy paste the password. However, you need to unlock the password vault using your user account password.

Apart from these, MacOS Mojave is packed with some other exciting features like the introduction of new News app and Home app, video capturing, recording with Voice Memo, audio and video file trimming by Finder, etc.
