- Then choose the preference as Make conversation as read when opened by others and then select Add another account.
- Once the option is selected, enter an email account of the person with which you need to share your account and select Next button. The user to whom you have added an account for delegation will receive confirmation mail with links to allow the users to add delegated account.
- If user accepts the request then the delegated account will show the username in Gmail. The user can open the delegated account to view it in tab of browser.
